Help Doc
« on: February 27, 2008, 11:57:04 PM »
I posted a question earlier on charts but didn't get any responses.  Either my question was crazy or nobody could figure out what I am asking.  I'll try this again.  If you look at the one day chart for bhwf it seems that all of the indicators are going down.  but if you look at a five day chart everything looks better.  For determining what stock to buy or how long to stay in do you look at the daily chart or the five day chart?  If I looked at the daily for bhwf I might not buy any but looking at the five day it looks like a go.  I am having the time of my life by the way.  I could not tear myself away from the computer today and I started at 5:00am and its 9:54 pm now.    Thanks a ton and good luck tomorrow.

Monty

I only use two kind of charts, daily and weekly, I will post examples below, this is exactly how I use charts, every detail, use only charts this way, always, forget all the rest, doesn't exist.

Daily chart: http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=SWVC&p=D&b=5&g=0&id=p36534283156

Weekly chart: http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=SWVC&p=W&b=5&g=0&id=p54668494908

Stick to this, nothing more, nothing less, change nothing.

Any doubt, just ask.

So with SWVC we are in a weekly downtrend and a daily uptrend.

Thanks so much for the help.  I didn't do so well today but it doesn't look like I am alone in that.  I will be out Friday and Monday.  Have a great weekend and talk to you next week.  Thanks again.

You are speaking about the candles, a trend is formed by a group of candles, both trends, on the daily and weekly charts are flat.
