Rules of the board

Doc, The rules of the board are hidden in the topic "Short selling stocks" Maybe hard to find by newbies.

Maybe you can put them where everybody can see them, perhaps on top in the home view.

The topic is in the same position as in all the other boards, it's a sticky post and above the other sticky post, it's also in caps, I don't understand what you mean.

Sorry Doc, my mistake. I have overlooked.

I note that many new members do not spontaneously read the rules. I was looking for a solution.

I don't know what else I can do, I have a Rules of the Board sticky topic in ecery board, even so they do not read :(
