Michigan.  I have all sorts of salmon recipes!  In fact, here in a couple months I am going on a trip for my 29th bday to go salmon fishing.

Didn't know there were any salmon up in the Lakes Region.  I've fished Oregon and Wash. St.... I love salmon...smoked, with eggs, steak style, sandwich, what ever...

if you come south to Louisiana, Oysters are in season right now....

Sorry greg - had to run and get my dog from the vet last night.  I had them take his manly hood away.  Hopefully he will quit trying to pork the neighbors now.

Been there - done that!  I had a Blood hound I did that to  after he was in an accident... He still wore out the neighbors dog... LOL

C/B..... Lobster for everyone, but make mine oysters Beinville (grilled with Bacon and cheese) and a Tall sort of umbrella drink......Then we'll start steaming clams and have all sorts of dancers dressed and undressed.  I have my BBQ shirt on already......OHhhhhhhhhhhhhh! MOMAAAAAAAAAAA!
