Asking Confusion

I have not figured this out, but I have some shares in INIX, and during the market hours during the day, the ask is .015, but then right after market closes till right up the market reopens the next morning the ask stays at .04, why is this.  Thanks for the help.

MMs playing games..It did trade in that area once..They are doing some aftermarket Fishing...LOL..
