Well, at $4000 down I would hold. No sense buying high and selling low. You're well past a reasonable stop-loss.

I don't know how to interperet the news.

KODY KODY KODY with a "C".. I'm reading this over and over.  My take on this is you may have a better chance of getting most if not all of your money back...It seems they want to control the company and to do that, they need some more shares... You may just have a lotto on your hands...IMO...

good luck
I know not what I do.  So, I just do it....

There is no making since of this company it's a true pinky

they show 2 sec filings but there on paper so we can't see them
http://www.sec.gov/cgi-bin/browse-edgar?company=&CIK=0001301511&filenum=&State=&SIC=&owner=include&action=getcompany

but it's the wrong company when you search the cik they gave us anyway. (and apparently not the first time they PR'd the wrong number)

http://biz.yahoo.com/iw/080617/0407978.html

"To this end, the Company has obtained a CIK Number for filings with the SEC. This CIK Number is 0001301511. The previous CIK Number given to our stockholders on June 12, 2008 was incorrect. The Company shall commence today, with various Form 8-K filings to inform its stockholders as to all material facts."
( I not a newbie and I can't find there CIK)
http://www.edgarcompany.sec.gov/servlet/CompanyDBSearch?start_row=-1&end_row=-1&main_back=0&cik=&company_name=Hunt+Gold+Corporation&reporting_file_number=&series_id=&series_name=&class_contract_id=&class_contract_name=&state_country=NONE&city=&state_incorporation=NONE&zip_code=&last_update_from=&last_update_to=&page=count&submit_button=Submit
http://www.sec.gov/edgar/searchedgar/cik.htm

there's just way to get any info on this company So I would not buy anymore there are other plays out there. Hold the shares you got and if one day you look and theres profit TAKE IT>

"The intention is to utilize the proceeds from the sale of these "Molygold" interests to effect a share buyback of the Company's "free float" of Common Stock.

These Investment Groups whom have voting control over the Company have informed the Board, as announced on July 10, 2008, that they are also considering a limited Tender Offer to stockholders in order to acquire additional shares of the Company's Common Stock in an attempt to reduce the amount of shares in the Company's "free float.""

>>>again without the 8k / 10k and no real numbers from the company there is now way of knowing whats really going on. ( I know what a float is but whats a "free float" )

as far as filing a complaint you can file one but I would not expect much. But really your down so much now just hold and see what happens. at worst it's a lesson on stopping loses   and proper DD
