Worst broker for penny stocks?

 Yeah, I only pay a 4.95 transaction fee, but for stocks under 5.00 dollars I pay an additional 1 cent per stock PER trade, so its pretty much 2 cents. Maybe not so significant for stocks over .75 cents or so, but below that its a royal pain in the butt.  Beat that!!!

Maybe choice trade  They are 5.00 any stock and any OTC, Pinks, Nasdaq, AMEX, ect. Also zecco alot of people say

my bank offered me trading via their onlineportal, 25€ a trade, like 40$....

Yeah, I think Tradeking won. So stay away from tradeking if you're going to get into pennies. That's my 2 cents worth of advice lol
