vspc - technical analysis
« on: May 02, 2008, 02:23:04 PM »
I just started trading and found information from http://www.pennystocksblog.net/2008/05/02/penny-stocks-to-watch-by-stock-analyzer-210/.

I love this website and found the hold, resistance, range information very helpful!  Many thanks.  Anyway, I have a few questions:

1.    Is the moving average trending lower?  Does that indicate the price will fall below .022?
2.   Does the MACD still indicate a week bullish signal even though the moving average is slightly bearish?
3.   Do you think it’s a good time to buy?
4.   When do you think the price will hit the target .28 again?  Next Monday or a week from now, or longer?

IMO the stock is behaving like it did near the last of November...Support is at .02, ADX doesn't look well, MACD is nominal, but could be better.  IMO, it may bounce Monday or Midweek...RSI needs to improve a little...
I know not what I do.  So, I just do it....

Is it a good time to buy now before the IMO bounces next week?  Or should you wait to confirm?

Is it me or does the chart for the other stock on that page, NMCH, look pretty good?  ADX about to cross both lines, MACD on the way up and RSI over 50...and broke resistance...?

Everything you say is right, but lets talk about resistance... .066 /.07 (MS50)/ .07 SAR... It looks as though there  may be momentum to break if it holds a good candle today. ;D  But the Chart does look good..IMO

You may want to search this on this forum or post new discussion topic regarding NMCH ::)

Wow, I can't believe some of my analysis results is correct.  At least that is a start  :D  Now, can you help me understand what a good candlestick should look like for vspc?

I usually look for at least a full to maybe 1/2 green up...

Alright, I'm suffering from information overload.  Should I look for the Bullish engulfing candlestick?

That would always be nice. But, look to Volumn (high) so you can sell, adx crossover green above red, MACD at or above the line an going up, RSI above 40-50 upward, and maybe 1/2 to 1/4 green candle...

Look also at support (stockcharts.com) it's the white dotted line, resistance is MAs,

Read the discussion on resistance in this section.. how resistance becomes support once the candle crosses it...

Ok, I'll definately take a look at this information.  But right now I'm totally suffering from info overload.  I feel like my brain is toast!!  The vspc chart really looked good to me, but I don't know why.  Is it because the price is so attractive but the potential of a reversal?

In the candlestick website, I don't see any matching candlestick pair.  Am I supposed to look at the match on Monday?

OK, I just took a fresh look at the chart. Don't buy, the RSI is going down, ADX is shifting, you have a almost full red candle down.  It failed to break resistance... IMO question answered...
