I think you guys want me to just keep getting older... LOL. My birthday was actually 3 months ago, on May 9th...
Today though is still an important day as it starts my 4th month smoke free...

It can be done J. There is nobody enjoyed their smokes more than me. I smoked for over forty years and was a 2 pack a day guy... I still would love to have one but I never give in... I took the drug Zyban (Wellbutron). I think that helped a lot... I just kept cutting back the amount of cigs I would allow myself to have everyday... When I got down to 4, I quit. Also, I quit smoking a whole cig... I would just take 2-3 puffs and put it out... Moved my ashtray and cigs to the kitchen so I would have to get up and go out there to get a puff... Took me 6 months from start to finish to quit...
