Markets are closed today due to the hurricane coming through.  This is for all US stock markets and electronic trading.

Looks like the markets will be closed Tuesday as well.

Its in the same sector as CPSL which pops 40% today.
A lot of China stocks are running lately

HEB is a drug co. that the FDA is going to review one of their drugs on Dec. 20th. Its an older PR,but it has future dates on it that haven't occurred yet.
