Think or Swim Shorting Pennystocks

Hey guys,

Im not really sure where to post this, so Ill put it here.

Im so fed up with all the stocks going down that Ive decided to start looking into shorting pennystocks. Now it seems there are several brokers,

Is anyone using either of these?

1. ThinkorSwim (TdAmeritrade)
2. Sogotrade

If so, can they explain the costs, etc to me.  Im not sure if there are any hidden costs which Im overlooking (e.g. pay per share, etc...)

Alwin, send an email to both asking for those details, but, I don't think you will pay more than when you enter long on a stock, you just need to be careful with the margin calls, it's more risky.

Thanks Doc! Im gonna look into it, I received an offer for another broker with whom u can daytrade with only 5K, Im waiting to see which broker this is.

I've read something about that on a penny stock site, asking to send an email asking for details about how to daytrade with only $5,000, I find this very risky, be careful with scams.

Yeah, I was thinking exactly the same. Lets see what they have to offer But Im very skeptical.
