I'm not really to sure, I think to change the pps easily buy trading only 100 shares. They can get the pps where they feel creates buys and sells.

Threw some in my 401k account.  Hopefully they dont come out with a going concern.  My guess is they are delaying the 10-k to get that out of the report.
