I think i know who it is but i want actual proof before i go and beat this guy down.  She works at a grocery store and she checks in all the vendors and their inventory, well she parks her car out back and somebody left a spanish black/white (like newspaper print) cutout of a porno under the windshield wiper of her car about 3 months ago, but we didnt know if it happened at her work or somehwere else.  Well it happened again the other day and she found it when she left work.  Well i know she has 1 spanish vendor, that is why i think it is him.

Makes sense.  Maybe just put a note on her windshield in Spanish that the car is being videotaped remotely.  They won't know where the cameras are.

No, i want him to do something again so i can handle this.

There is to many sick people in this world to take this as a joke and not a threat.  I will make sure he never does something like this again.

the easy way would be to put a camera up at her work that would flim the whole parking lot, other wise if you really want it in the car then just make sure it is a 12 volt camera

That's what I would do, Set it up somewhere hidden out back pointed at her car and just let it record.
