You can get Burgers anywhere...But where are you going to get good home cooking and BBQ thats' cooked over a slow burning tire..... ;D

This is true its all in the way it is cooked!  Hope things are well with you Doc..  Looks like I might be able to drink limoncello today.. Had a few that just went green   ;D

I had some of my homemade last night while swatting mosquitos..
Made some Cherry Bounce... It will not be ready for awhile... I have to field test it..

Also have some Strawberry wine fermenting...
I know not what I do.  So, I just do it....

2 cups fresh cherries, washed and dried
1/3 cup granulated sugar
peel of 1 lemon
3 cups bourbon (or enough to cover)

Use a quart or jar if you can
Don't mash the cherries
put all in the jar
seal the lid
gentle shake
Place in a window for couple of weeks of sun
then place in a closet (cool) for a week or two.

gental shake the last couple of days..
Watch for fermentation (pressure build UP) we're not making wine here..
