Just saw Wall Street with Michael Douglas and Charlie Sheen

Wow what a movie, seeing is totally different from hearing and I'm glad I bought it, so many market lingo that I understood it.

Were the SEC that strict back then and is it more lienent now you would say?

Was it based on a true story, what was the verdict?

I recommend everyone to see it!

Are there oher movies like this?

That movie is a classic!

As far as other market type movies, Rogue Trader and Boiler Room coom to mind. Neither of those compare to Wall Street however.

Not so much Wall St. related, but Glengarry Glenross is a great sales movie, deals with real estate though. Also, Spike Lee's 25th Hour has a short Wall St scene which is pretty intense. I think you can check that one out on youtube.com instead of watching the whole movie.
