I can't say I'll miss Mervyn's and Circuit City. I'm amazed CC stayed in business as long as they did. They must have the worst customer service in the history of retail.

Looking at Yahoo news, they upheld poor service all the way down....closed containers, wouldn't permit opening the boxes and when the customer opened and found broken plasma TVs etc wouldn't exchange or return as all sales were final
