Economy?

whats the deal... everyone keeps talking recession, everyone says the economy sucks... but the market is getting ready to push back towards 13,000 again.  after falling almost 2000 points? isn't this a sign of recovery??

That is just a technical reaction, the trend is negative, has resistance at 12,767 and 13,250.
