Don't sleep on this stock, it's been way under valued and it's getting it's financials straightened out. It's up in pre market again... IMO it could see $10.00 by the weeks end easily.  ;)

Some good convergence on the STO. 10 bucks is totally do-able. Not really a pincher anymore though.

Looks good Stretch if they don't dump the market... I attached this chart to show the change in the market trend this year... The past few months they have been running the dow up and down like a damn pink sheet stock... Looks like blatant profit grabbing to me...

This should be the best quarter for MGM as it is the peak tourist season in Vegas...  I don't think a lot of people realize that MGM owns the bulk of the "major" hotel/casinos in Las Vegas... I think they own about 12 of them...

Always glad to see your post .. It's has been damn tuff trying to stay alive in the market lately...

I hear you, I took a break for a little bit to regain my trading presence since I've taken a beating. I'm going to try to play with the blue chips right now till the market take a down trend again.

MGM Resorts stock rises as MGM China seeks initial public offering on Hong Kong Exchange

September 27, 2010, 5:43 pm EDT

LAS VEGAS (AP) -- MGM Resorts International is planning an initial public offering of its joint venture in China on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

The Las Vegas-based casino company revealed its intentions in a regulatory filing Monday but did not give possible timing or terms.

The possible IPO of MGM China Holdings Ltd., MGM Resorts' joint venture with Pansy Ho, would be the latest spinoff of a casino operator's Macau assets. Both Wynn Resorts Ltd. and Las Vegas Sands Corp. previously listed their Macau operations in Hong Kong.

Shares of MGM Resorts rose 58 cents, or 5.4 percent, to $11.25 on Monday. Over the last year, the stock has traded in a range of $8.54 to $16.66.
