I dunno if anyone else does this but I just signed up a little over a month ago on Prosper and starting to try that for investment also. If anyone wants to join and earn a $25 sign-up bonus when you are a winning bidder on your first loan.

http://www.prosper.com/join/AAsBrotherSo far I have 3 loans and 2 have paid the monthly payment and the other due in a couple days. It is a 3 year payment process but the borrower can pay it off sooner if they choose.
