As just a thought maybe we also add link to there SEC filings under the chart
We could Book mark this page
http://www.sec.gov/idea/searchidea/cik.htm
and cut and past the name then click search.
IMO could draw people who like to do what they call DD.

Boomer,
I don't like the SEC, they do nothing to help traders and investors, I don't want to link to them, they are crooks.
There are many other sites where you can find the filings, also, this is a technical site, we trade based on T/A, as you know.
If you want to post a filing, just copy/paste the filing to be readable here, not use a link, please.

I understand doc I was trying to at least get people to know to find info. / IMO it is of a lot of help to traders as it can be another indicator IE good to know when the insider's are dumping, as well as a dilution issue's, like the one that killed SOLM / as far as calling my government crooks, well it's not like the other country's are any better?

seems like a link would be easier and why do I have to do all the DD, maybe some of the other members could help, it takes hours for this dyslexic person to read thew 8k after 8k and 10k after 10k, to see how much Toxic debt may or may not be there / if you still want me to not post links to filings I guess I will stop. but IMO it's kinda a bummer.

Boomer, the SEC is not the government of the USA, and yes, they are crooks because they do not protect investors and traders, they just protect the market makers and the big brokerage firms.
Since about 12 years when I began to trade the markets, I never saw anything made by them to help the investors.
They stopped the naked short selling? No
They made a stupid and unfair PDT rule to prejudice the small investors? Yes
They stopped the obvious market manipulation by the market makers? No

You don't need to read an entire filing to copy/paste it, I already saw posts from you where you did this, not all stocks need this.
Also, you can use this link to SEC filings:
http://www.otcbb.com/asp/Info_Center.asp
Just change the symbol and click Go, and you can find the SEC filings of any stock, but, I don't want to have too many links to one site, that is not good on a SEO perspective, stockcharts is an exception.
