Exactly, but if they vote to reverse split on Friday, my guess is that it would go into effect on Monday (see XJT) - I don't want to hold this after a reverse split because the tendency is for stocks to get slammed after a reverse split.  Either way this is a hold until the end of Friday, I suspect we will get a PR Friday.

Regardless, you'd expect there to be ALOT of angry shareholders at the meeting on Friday if PPS is still .04 cents!

yea I am kinda thinking that after the RS the stock dies and would be a good buy at that point, and should they decide to forgo the RS it could pop quickly but we will not know either way until after SHM

It seems to me that the Company's reasoning for implementing the reverse split (staying listed on the NYSE) is no longer valid, they've already been delisting and most institutional investors have dumped, it's unlikely now that they can get back on the NYSE, and even if they reverse split, as I said the stock will get pummeled again below $1.   Should be interesting to listen to the meeting on Friday.

they approved a reverse split 50:1 apparently. Stock is holding quite strong considering the news, well its been beaten down so far it can;t drop much more. Mms using increments of 1 cent to plow it...........will buy some by day's end.
