The volume says all, despite the dilution, a breakout is imminent.

It is looking great. The PAR SAR was broken, and, despite the dilution, it is making higher lows and higher highs. Next resistance at .0087.

Good close. Tomorrow I expect another higher low and higher high. It will test the next resistance zone, at .0085, in the next 2 - 3 trading days.

Like I said yesterday, it has made a higher low and a higher high.

The candle is a continuation candle, so like I said before, on Monday or on Tuesday, it will test and probably to break the .0085 resistance.

Amazed at the daily volume here. Will be interesting to see how high this goes once resistance is broken. After .0085, I'm not sure if .015 or .02 is next resistance. Rusty on charting.

The volume is very good, do not need more, at least for now. After .0085, the next resistances are at .0112, .0128(MA50), .02, .04 and .05.

You are welcome.

BTW, I am beginning to think that if the dilution stops, this may go to .05, because the story of the two funds worth $2B that may be acquired using restricted shares, so no dilution, is more than enough to pump this to .05. But, as usually, the market will tell.

I have no problem with dilution, the company just needs to be smart about it as they are.

If the CEO continues to do what he's doing and be smart about it, .05 is easy as long the market doesn't dump as they have on many of other over .015. The chart is primed for much more when resistances fall, just not being greedy about it.

The problem is that CEOs and companies have not any control over the dilution, because the toxic lenders do whatever they want, they dump as they like, because they get the shares at a big discount, and, independently of the PPS going down, they always have the same percentage as discount.

The dilution that is happening now, comes from debt notes from years or months ago, so the company has absolutely no control over the actual PPS, except if they have great news, and, that is what they are saying. However, I think that the IR and the company are pumping, because the PR about the funds is from June, 28th, over 2 months, and, nothing happened, and, the IR guy said this:

Quote
The news on horizon is so bright make sure you have your Raybans handy.
Regards
Lee

This is pure pumping, and absolutely not a professional behavior, so for me this is nothing more nothing less than another penny stock, and, one more trade.

A lesson I learned a long time ago. Trade them, just don't fall in love with them!

The way it happened, means that the stock is heavily accumulated. It means strength. It needs to close above .0085 to confirm the breakout.
