Oil company in Kazakhstan. Yahoo bookvalue 3.98. Solid balance sheet. I don't think Wall Street trust this foreign company hence the low stock price.

On a valuation basis, way too cheap.

I think it can make it to 2.00 , but oil has to keep going up & I think it will because of a WEAK dollar.

There is easier stuff then KAZ.  It's in Kazakhstan & not trusted by WS. You can make money it just harder unless you get lucky.

You could probably buy here buy have to be patience. There are just a lot of other stock I like better

It depends ON THE PRICE OF OIL. Hard to predict.
