Just opened an eTrade account a couple weeks ago and managed to lose a grand.. Guessing I need to ease in to learn all the terms and subtle meanings behind them.

Like you J I am new to this as well, only three weeks in and I have managed to loose over 2700 with gradual decreases, kind of creeps up on you with all of the excitement of trying new avenues of a possible money earner.  I have chosen ATNP and have held on to the rather potholed road, wishing to learn how to use this forum and get the advice of the Dr.to know what to buy, when to buy, and when to get out .  Thank you for all of your patience for the future questionsthat will be in great #"s

Welcome ... If it was easy everyone would be doing it, the key is to learn from the mistakes so they cost you less next time.  Wink      Now only if it was really that easy  Grin I have also have had my eye on ATNP as well, I will take a second look at it.

Lot's to read and learn on this site, along with lots of knowledge people! Questions are welcome as long as they are not too stupid (meaning read the rules first before posting) or you get the smack down, or even worse ...  Shocked

Enjoy
